Returns and Shipping

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return any non-engraved item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Our return policy does not apply to custom pieces or special orders. Shipping charges will not be refunded. To return a jewelry item please email or call us. We offer one complimentary resizing for commitment bands and engagement rings.

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours, arrival within 5-10 business days within the continental US, but note that all work is handmade so please allow up to one week for the ship date after purchasing items from the boutique collections and up to two weeks for the fine jewelry collection.

International orders are shipped 'delivered duty unpaid,' meaning that the purchaser is responsible for all import or customs duties and taxes.
