From Moodboard to Masterpiece: Eddie & Hannah’s Custom Engagement Ring

When they reached out to us, they brought with them a mood board that was as colorful and unique as their love story. Hannah, who owns a sustainable swimwear brand (Santos Swim), was passionate about finding a jeweler who was transparent about their practices and materials. That's how she and her partner, Eddie, found Bario Neal.
The Couple:

The Process:
Before their appointment, the couple sent over a stunning mood board, a vibrant collage of inspirational photos, color palettes, and stone options. While it was up to Eddie to pop the question, it was important for the couple to collaborate on the ring's design. The Ring:
Eddie and Hannah's vision was far from a traditional diamond ring; instead, they were excited to explore unique cuts and color-changing stones. The final design showcases a breathtaking 1.7-carat Bi-Color Montana Sapphire as the centerpiece, a unique and non-traditional choice.
Reflecting on the significance of the gemstones and overall design, Hannah shares:
"I've never pictured a classic diamond ring for myself. I love bright colors and unique statement pieces - so having the opportunity to collaborate with the design team on this ring was a dream! I chose the pear sapphire as the center stone because it reminds me of a drop of water. Not only is the ocean my happy place, but Eddie and I met at our favorite music festival - Splash House in Palm Springs. The surrounding colored stones represent the gorgeous blues of the ocean and the bright colors of the desert."
