Exchanges

Clients can return jewelry in exchange for a different Bario Neal piece within 30 days of purchase, or we can provide store credit in the form of a gift certificate with no expiration date.

How to ship your Bario Neal item back to us

Please carefully follow this checklist:

  • Contact the Bario Neal sales team prior to shipping your item.
  • Depending on the value of your item, Bario Neal will either 1) provide you with a prepaid FedEx 2-day shipping label (for $28) or 2) ask you to send your item back to us using your preferred shipping method.
  • Fill out the form provided by our team for repairs/returns/resizing and include a printout in your package. All returns, exchanges, resizing, and repairs must include our returns and exchanges form in the package.
  • All jewelry must be sent through a trackable shipping method with your name included on the label to the below address:
