Returns

Most Bario Neal jewelry may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of diamonds one-quarter carat (.25) or larger. (We will work with clients to exchange, adjust, or return the setting.) We also do not accept returns on discontinued jewelry purchased on sale or custom designed pieces.

Returns and exchanges of bands and rings are charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of the cost of the ring (with the exception of in-stock showroom ring purchases). For engraved items, there is a $50 engraving removal fee. Items valued over $1,000 that are being sent to us for return or exchange require an insured FedEx shipping label (for $28) that Bario Neal must generate. These fees are deducted from the total refund amount.

We process refunds back to the original payment method, minus our restocking, shipping, and engraving fees as applicable. If your original method of payment was by credit card, you will receive a confirmation email once the card has been credited.
