Our jewelry is shipped fully insured via FedEx with a signature required upon delivery.
Orders Under $500 are shipped via Fedex ground unless otherwise requested.
Any packages valued over $10,000 are sent based on client selections

International orders are delivered duty unpaid, which means the purchaser is responsible for all import or customs duties, tariffs, or taxes.
Due to customs processing times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for international orders. Shipments are sent via insured FedEx International service.

Packaging
We partnered with a local manufacturer dedicated to sustainable practices to re-envision our packaging and approached the collaboration with our core mission of creating objects of lasting value. At Bario Neal, we believe that eco-consciousness extends beyond just using recyclable materials and that true sustainability encompasses design versatility and material durability.
Paper Boxes & Foam Paper Inserts
We searched long and hard to find a domestic, small-scale eco-friendly manufacturer of paper packaging. We’re happy to say our exclusive complimentary jewelry boxes are made in North Carolina with eco-friendly recycled paper by a small manufacturer. And although most packaging is manufactured overseas, we found small businesses in Massachusetts and Rhode Island to manufacture the fabric, foam, and paper that goes inside our boxes.
Gift Boxes
Our gift boxes are made of heavyweight 1000g chipboard wrapped with art paper. Chipboard and paper are curbside recyclable, but magnets may preclude recycling unless they are taken out, so we recommend highlighting reusability or taking off “lip” of box to allow for proper recycling. This heavyweight magnetic box is designed to live beyond the initial gifting as a keepsake box or jewelry box.
Wooden Box
Sustainably crafted with recycled pine wood with an all-natural black stain. This can continue to use it as a jewelry or keepsake box.
Suede Pouches
Not made with recycled materials, however, designed for longevity. Used to holding necklaces, earrings and bracelets in shipping and continued use.
BN Polishing Cloth
Not made with recycled materials, however, designed for longevity.
Porcelain Box
In addition to our signature packaging, we offer exclusive porcelain boxes, locally crafted by small-scale ceramicists and secured in a complimentary eco-friendly paper box made from recycled materials. For both presentation and safe storage, each box can hold 1-2 rings or 1 pair of stud earrings. To reveal your porcelain box upon arrival: remove the top of the paper box and grasp the bottom well of the porcelain box. While holding the paper box in your other hand, flip the boxes so that the porcelain box is held in your bottom hand, and slide the paper box upwards off the porcelain box.
Printed Materials
All printed materials for the sourcing care cards business cards, and gift cards are printed on recycled stock with a domestic printer.
International Orders
Payment
We recommend international customers contact us to place an order via Paypal. Many international card-issuing banks do not support our Address Verification System and the card could be declined as a result of an address mismatch.
