In-store Appointments at our Philadelphia & New York Locations + Curbside Pick-ups
We are happy to announce that we have reopened our Philadelphia location for walk-ins and appointments. Our NYC showroom is temporarily closed as we move to a new retail location at 155 Grand Street in Brooklyn NY. Stay tuned for our Brooklyn opening date early this fall!
If you are uncomfortable coming into our physical space, we offer virtual appointments for custom and collection jewelry.
As a precautionary measure, we want to assure you that throughout production and the pick-up process we will be wearing masks. For everyone’s safety, we ask that all customers also wear a mask. We ask that all customers use hand sanitizer before trying on any jewelry and will keep a safe 6ft of distance with customers throughout the appointment.
In addition to running our HVAC system, we have a HEPA air purifier in our showroom to protect our air quality.
Our showroom is professionally cleaned each week and we wipe down our workspaces and handles at the end of each day. We look forward to being able to deliver your beautiful Bario Neal piece soon!

After sharing our ethical jewelry principles with you, we’ll talk about which gemstones and metals fit your style and make a plan to work with you on a one-of-a-kind ring, necklace, earrings, or bracelet.
